Your data will only be transferred to third parties in accordance with this privacy policy.

2. The provision of data is voluntary and based on your consent (legal basis). By registering, we consider written consent to data processing as given. Data processing and transfer occurs automatically through a closed system, without human intervention.

3. The personal data you provide when completing the registration form (name, email address, phone number) will be recorded in our system. We record this data exclusively for the Hawkeye software registration process and for related communication purposes.

4. The purpose of data processing is to maintain contact and provide information related to registration through the Website, as well as to manage the database for newsletter distribution and to send newsletters. The processing of your personal data will continue until you expressly request the termination of such processing.

5. We do not collect any personal data from visitors browsing the Website. During browsing, only anonymous information is recorded about which subpages visitors view, what functions they use or attempt to use. This data helps with the operation and development of the site, as well as maintaining smooth functionality. Google Ads conversion and remarketing, as well as Google Tag Manager tracking codes have been integrated into our Website.

Please note that we will fulfill your request for information, deletion, blocking, or rectification free of charge, in writing, within the shortest possible time from receipt of such requests, but no later than within 10 working days.

8. We also inform you that monitoring and promoting the enforcement of the right to protection of personal data is the task of the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.) as an independent Authority subject only to the law.

9. In case of violation of your rights, you may turn to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.) or to a court against the Operator or the data recipient. The court shall act on the matter as a matter of priority.

10. The registration and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information and Act CXIX of 1995 on the Processing of Name and Address Data for Research and Direct Marketing Purposes.
